A fantastic book. The pictures alone are worth the price of the book. The echocardiograms are all clearly marked so even a novice can quickly see what the issues are which stands out well. The four authors have done an amazing job getting this material together from distant sites and yet have managed a hard task in making the book into a unified and well organized text.
