The present efforts also support the policy makers to consider the key factors like age, education, income level, family size, land holding,resoures, motivation, attitude of stake holders in expected development while formulating a developmental programme. This book also helps the researchers to assess the effect of different developmental activities on the socio-economic development.

Dr. Shekhar has about 20 years professional experience and published several research publication.
