The indoor and outdoor air is an important source of aeroallergens and pathogens. The study of aeromycoflora was conducted to determine different types of fungi present in the air, their physiology and secondary metabolites. Gravity Slide method and Gravity Plate method were used for the isolation of fungi; identified by studying colony morphology and microscopic method. Total 113 different spore types belonging to 67 genera were identified from Kathmandu.
