Mkama, IldephonceIldephonce Mkama is a junior scholar in the field of spoken and signed languages. He got his BA (Ed) and MA (Linguistics) from St. Augustine University of Tanzania between 2009 and 2013. Since 2013 he works with Archbishop Mihayo University college and currently pursuing his PhD in Deaf Communication at Wits University Johannesburg-South Africa.
