Munthi Shanmugam, PadmanabanGraduated from Coimbatore Institute of Technology, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu, India and obtained M.Tech (Structural Engineering) Degree from VIT, Vellore, India with First class Distinction ( Gold Medalist). Later he obtained his Ph.D degree in Civil engineering from Anna University, Chennai. He served in the Department of Technical Education 30 years.
