Teaching is an activity that focuses on facilitating learning. It involves the arrangement of an environment to facilitate learning.Learning is change in behavior brought about by engaging in some activity, training or experience. Learning never ends and effective learning is based on what the learner already knows. Knowledge is generated in an environment where interaction between teachers, students and content takes place in interactive ways. Teaching, facilitation, training and lecturing are not the same as it is often assumed. The four terms are often used interchangeably. However, primary differences exist and method has its own context in which it is best used. None of these engagement methods is superior over the other but they are simply differently useful.
