The Editor: Roberta Kevelson is Distinguished Professor of Philosophy at Penn State. She is founder and Director of the Center for Semiotic Research in Law, Government and Economics. Her recent books include Peirce, Praxis, Paradox and Peirce's Esthetics of Freedom.
