Sentang Wu works at Beihang University (China). He received the B.S. degree in Avionics Engineering from the Northwestern Polytechnical University (China) in 1986, and Ph.D. degree in Control Systems Science and Engineering from National Aviation University (Ukrain,USSR) in 1992. After that, he worked as a post-doctoral researcher at Beihang University (China), where he became a professor of School of Automation Science and Electrical Engineering in 1997. His research interests include stochastic systems, applied stochastic processes and applications, flight control and optimization. Prof. Wu has authored or coauthored over 100 refereed journal papers, three research books: "Theory and applications of system with random changing structure", Science Press Beijing 2007, and "Stochastic robustness analysis and design for guidance and control system of winged missile", National Defense Industry Press Beijing 2010, "Cooperative Guidance & Control of Missiles Autonomous Formation", National Defense Industry Press Beijing 2015, and two textbooks: "Flight Control System", Beihang University Press Beijing 2005, and "Flight Control System (the second edition)", Beihang University Press Beijing 2013.
