In the book, the obtained experimental results of coaxial and paraxial systems are used and compared with the theoretical (analytical and numerical) computations. In literature, there is limited knowledge related to the driftand distribution of the space-charge between the electrodes.

Zile, MehmetMehmet ZILE was born in Ankara, Turkey, 1970. He received the B.Sc. from University of Yildiz, the M.Sc. degrees from University of Gazi and the Ph.D. degree from University of Yildiz, all in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, in 1992, 1999, and 2004, respectively. Currently, he is a Assistant Professor of UTIYO at University of Mersin.
