Extremal states in nonlocal physics

The book complements the author's previous monographs (Generalized Boltzmann Physical Kinetics [Elsevier, 2004], Unified Non-Local Theory of Transport Processes [Elsevier, 2015] and Unified Non-Local Relativistic Theory of Transport Processes [Elsevier, 2016], which are devoted to non-local physics.
