Dipl.-Psych. Eva-Maria Biermann-Ratjen, a clinical psychologist, is a former lecturer in the Department of Psychiatry at Hamburg-Eppendorf University Hospital. Dr. Jochen Eckert formerly taught at Psychology Institute III at the University of Hamburg. Emeritus Professor Hans-Joachim Schwartz formerly taught in the Department of Social Sciences at the College of Higher Education in Braunschweig/Wolfenbüttel.
