Zijn belangrijkste gebieden van deskundigheid: -Sociale psychiatrische behandeling en begeleiding. -Ontwikkeling van ambulant sociaal psychiatrisch werk -Ontwikkeling van nieuwe vormen van samenwerking in organisaties -Verschillende bestuurs- en stichtingsbestuursmandaten Hans Ruijs, www.tikla.world Groeide op in Nederland en woont sinds 1982 in Zwitserland. Sinds 1994 werkt hij als organisatieadviseur voor talrijke ondernemingen. Hij heeft talrijke coaches en counselors opgeleid in Duitsland, Brazilië, Rusland, Israël, Nederland, Italië en Zwitserland.
