The book consists of five chapters that deal with the theoretical background of neuro-linguistic programming; its history and definitions in addition to its basic principles and techniques. The book discusses the relation between NLP and language teaching. Furthermore, it provides an account of reading comprehension elaborating on the strategies and the levels of reading comprehension with the difficulties that face learners.The exploration of a way to utilize NLP principles and techniques might enable the EFL teacher at the university level to teach more efficiently. Consequently, the effectiveness of this theory on EFL teachers and learners is clear. It was intended to combine communicative language teaching with NLP to prove the possibility of adding NLP to the process of teaching.
