Picture representation of biology prospective teacher practical work based on picture assessment aspect based on observation ability when practical work can be categorized less category. In the assessment of picture representation, the first aspect is the authenticity aspect of the pictures where students are expected to be able to draw pictures that are appropriate to the object if seen directly seen from the shape, proportion, location, and arrangement of pictures. In the second aspect, the results of the study showed that the picture representation of students in the aspect of detailed images was categorized less. In the third aspect, the results of the study show that the picture representation of students in the description & accuracy aspect of the pictures are categorized as very less. Picture representation of male students is lower than female students in fifth sub topic. Observation ability male students is lower than female students in fifth sub topic. Picture which represented by male and female students is many not appropriate with object or phenomena's character. It is based on the low percentage students in authentic aspect.
