Autoren-Porträt
Guillermo Cortes Robles has a Ph.D. in Industrial Systems from the Institut National Polytechnique de Toulouse, France. He is Professor of Engineering Science at the Tecnologico Nacional de Mexico-Instituto Tecnologico de Orizaba, Mexico. His research interests are the application of the TRIZ theory combined with other approaches (e.g., knowledge management, decision support systems, process simulation, creativity techniques, among other technologies) with the aim of accelerating the innovation process.
