To automate the counter activities they gave us Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), however, libraries are early-adopters of a still emerging technology. RFID system may be a comprehensive system that addresses both the security and materials tracking needs of a functional library in less time. This book contains about different function of RFID technology and enabled vigilance system to avoid theft of Library documents. It is hoped that the book will very helpful to a large number of library and information science professionals.
