This is my recommended route.

Watch/Read 1 insight per day and use the day to think about what has been shared and apply it in your life. Ideally, when you wake up in the morning, decide what number between 1 – 31 resonates with you at that moment. Now simply choose on the equivalent insight, and use that as your inspiration and food for thought for the day. In this way, a month later you should have a completely new outlook on life and expanded your mind to a new level of consciousness.
