Antonio Carlos Valença and Guilherme Gonçalves de Carvalho expose and analyze the results collected in researches (data will be constantly updated in the next editions) with experts from tourism of Sebrae (2009) and participants of Technology Solutions for the World Cup and the Olympics in Brazil Seminar (2011), regarding the conditions of Brazil successfully perform the World Cup 2014. Antonio Carlos Valença é mestre (UFBA), doutor (CWRU-Case Western Reserve University) e pós-doutor em Teoria da Ação Comunicativa (UFPE). Cursos de Liderança (Harvard University), Pesquisa Qualitativa e Investigação Apreciativa- CWRU), Pensamento Sistêmico (High Performance Systems) e Intervenção em Sistemas Complexos (National Training Laboratory- Washington). Palestrante e professor no Senac-SP, Palas Athena- SP, SOL-Brasil, professor voluntário do Cin-UFPE. Diretor técnico da Valença & Associados- Aprendizagem Organizacional (desde 1978). Autor de 16 livros, entre eles: Eficácia Profissional; Mediação: Método da Investigação Apreciativa da Ação em Ação, tomos I e II; Teoria de Açao Comunicativa em Gestão de Projetos, tomos I,II e III; Aprendizagem Organizacional: 123 Aplicações Práticas de Arquétipos Sistêmicos. Serviu como consultor a dezenas de empresas e organizações com a abordagem da Teoria de Ação Comunicativa (inspiração em Chris Argyris e Donald Schön).
