Few books may come along in your lifetime with the power to change your life physically as well as spiritually. A New Generation of Old Cooks is one of those books; it has spiritual connotations as well as 83 healthy choice meals. Personally I strongly feel that God has led me to complete this volume, as well as the other two that I have yet to complete. I want to be obedient to what He is telling me to do. I am a resident of Pahokee, Florida, which is roughly two miles southeast of Lake Okeechobee and forty-four miles west of West Palm Beach, Florida. I am currently a fourth-grade teacher at Pahokee Elementary School.
