Faisal Sheikh is aqualified accountant (fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) with an excess of 15 years’ professional accounting/auditing/consulting experience gained primarily in small/medium enterprises and (international) not-for-profit sector.He has also worked for the Big Four firms in the UK and overseas. Faisal has held lecturer/assistant professorships and academic management posts with several leading UK business schools and is currently a lecturer at Salford Business School, where he is actively researching accounting fraud. He is a passionate teacher and won Inspirational Teacher of the Year 2012-13 & 2013-14 while working at Sheffield Business School. Faisal is a respected curriculum advisor and external examiner nationally and internationally. He has been an external panelist representing UK universities in Bahrain, Egypt, Sri Lanka, Singapore, and Malaysia. He is a Bollywood enthusiast, runs regularly, and loves playing with his children.
