Sarah Beth Bevers corrects pain and faulty movement as well as behavioral mindset. As a master trainer of health and wellness with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, she has designed numerous programs to help relieve pain from incorrect posture, movement, and negative mindset. She has also helped many clients to set and achieve their goals and lifestyle changes they desired. She is a wife, momma, friend, and addict. She was her own first client and her biggest challenge. She has been in recovery since 2006 and has grown in mind, body, and spirit.
