If it doesn't work, then your choice is to change your real psychology or change reality. Since reality is immutable and real reality redundant, if changing it is always your first choice then that by itself is proof that it is your psycHHology that needs to be changed. (Since one's psychhology is in large part one's applied philosophy, penultimately this means: change your philosophy. And since philosophy means, metaphysics, epistemology and ethics this ultimately means: change for the better not worse- that is, make better, that is, make match reality better- your metaphysic, your epistemology and your ethic. That is, I had to and so do you.)
