Ashok Natarajan, PhD, was at the College of Business Administration, California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, CA, USA. He has over 15 years in the academic arena and was also a practicing manager, both in the USA and India. He has been a consultant on business valuation projects, and he has published research papers in the top accounting and finance journals. He also works in the areas of corporate governance and corporate social responsibility (and the role of accounting and finance in these two areas) and corporate strategy.

Muhammad Kamran, PhD, is an Assistant Professor at Wyzsza Szkola Gospodarki Euroregionalnej im. Alcide De Gasperi, Jozefow, Poland. He has more than 15 years of teaching and administrative experience in academia at different Polish universities.
