Autoren-Porträt von Frank Thömmes
Born in 1968, Frank Thömmes is a qualified sports teacher and football coach. He is the author of numerous publications and books on training with physio tools, such as the AIREX® Balance-pad and FLEXI-BAR®, and is an international public speaker on the topics of BeBalanced!®, functional training and athletics training using physio tools. As the co-developer of the successful con90 fitness and weight-loss program, he also holds a number of trainer and advanced-skills qualifications in certain sports, as well as additional therapeutic qualifications. At his PERFORM SPORTS academy, he teaches trainers to become BeBalanced!® instructors, and acts as an advisor for the development of new sports programs and equipment in the sports articles industry.
