Michael Ostrove is a Partner in DLA Piper's Paris office and has over 20 years' experience handling international commercial, investment, and public international law disputes. He has advised and represented clients in scores of arbitrations, litigations and mediations - including numerous arbitrations in English and in French administered by the ICC, the LCIA, the PCA, ICSID, and Swiss Chambers, as well as in ad hoc arbitrations pursuant to the UNCITRAL ArbitrationRules and the OHADA Uniform Arbitration Act. Mr. Ostrove is a frequent speaker on arbitration topics and is widely recognized as a leading practitioner in the field.
Claudia T. Salomon is a partner in the New York office of Latham & Watkins where her practice focuses on complex international disputes. She is a leading practitioner in significant investor treaty arbitration and international commercial arbitration cases under the AAA/ICDR, ICC, ICSID, LCIA, Stockholm, UNCITRAL and Vienna rules around the world. Ms. Salomon is experienced handling litigation connected to arbitration, including enforcing arbitral awards worldwide and obtaining emergency
relief. Ms. Salomon is on the ICC Commission on Arbitration and had previously served on the ICC Taskforce on Reducing Time and Cost in International Commercial Arbitration, and as chair of the US Chapter of the ICC's Young Arbitrator's Forum. Ms. Salomon is a leader in the field of International
