What is the present human co- association order if we were to analyze from some of the
crises human is facing?
How can we arrive at a peaceful co-association that seems unreachable?
From studying into human history, we can see that man has been struggling for peace
throughout centuries. In the 21st century, we had witnessed a century of Non- peace: from political conflicts, social revolutions, economic crises, terrorist attacks to ecological imbalance, disharmony lies in the gimmick of every aspects of life.
We have seen that, man as a whole, has been a part of a collective experimental process for
peace. It led us ask what is the foundation of peace in human heart?
While peace is abstract and difficult to measure, it is a universal human aim arisen out of our
need for co-existence.
Through microscopic and scientific discovery into the concepts of peace, we formulate the
natural laws governing peace and thus propose an environment for peace development.
Through studying into development of historical events and real life implications of non-peace,
we seek to understand the ultimate underlying causes of non-peace such as inequality,
unfairness and injustice from a moral perspective. While at the same time we seek a solution for peace construction from a constitutional perspective.
This paper researches into the constitutional framework onto which peace can be built on, by
analyzing the constitutional framework we had been experimenting with. It examines our possible hope and future.
Through qualifying peace and its source, we quantify and construct peace by postulating a
hypothetical constitutional model with a social framework for peaceful co-association.
