Known but rarely said, advice is a part of almost every act we perform, every word we speak, and the thoughts we think. From birth, we have been given clichés or catchphrases to incline us to lean our way of mindset down a path carved out by what we hear.

As we grow older, we find truth behind the words or the depth of them to conclude our own definition and ways to apply them in our lives, to enrich ourselves to the best of our knowledge and ability. So leads to the purpose of this book.

Inside are words to create a mindset that encourages, empowers, and enhances. What you ingest is to stay in the subconscious of your mind, to be that small voice you hear to either push you to have that drive to press on toward success. Or that voice of reason to drown out all others that sway you to go astray, causing you later regrets.

This book is a year's journey. Each day, apply a page to your daily walk. Looking at how it can or does apply to not only yourself but to those you interact with, either daily or in passing. Even in the moments you find the opportunity to impose these thoughts, you may instantly see their effect, confirming that the words were received. This is our purpose: to be a help to and for one another, to build one another up to be what they were created for that our lives would be enhanced by blessing the lives of others.

The prayer of this book is that any and all who take hold of its contents will find a deeper meaning and understanding of their purpose for living and to truly find greater peace.
