Blackman and Dring help the evaluator understand the child's internal conflicts, as well as the family/environmental context in which the child functions. Chapters move longitudinally through the developmental stages. Kathleen Dring, JD, PsyD is a licensed clinical psychologist and attorney, who has had a private clinical psychology practice for 26 years. She has focused on treating and evaluating children and adolescents.
