Nuria García Barbé (24 de diciembre de 1986, Oviedo) es licenciada en Psicología por la Universidad de Oviedo. Siempre sintió predilección por las artes y la filosofía, especialmente la escritura y el existencialismo.Activista por los derechos de los animales y del medio ambiente, colabora con diversas asociaciones sin ánimo de lucro. Ha vivido en países como Grecia, Irlanda y Panamá, lo que le ha permitido adquirir distintas experiencias y formas de ver el mundo.
Actualmente reside en Madrid donde trabaja en el sector financiero. El último Refugio es su primera novela.
