Michel E. Spruance has taught yoga and meditation since 2003 after a career as a middle school teacher. She has led a highly acclaimed yoga teacher and leadership training since 2010 and facilitated a variety of corporate leadership and mindfulness programs since 2006. Spruance owns a yoga studio in Seattle and loves her work both as a personal and business leadership coach. She and her children, husband, dog, and cats live on Bainbridge Island, Washington.
