We don't need to be helpless in front of the doctor or anyone else to heal us, solve our problems. We are powerful enough to heal ourselves. Just believe that. Now author believes that anything and everything can be possible. Nothing is impossible. And SKY IS THE LIMIT, as we / our mind limit us only, not the situation or any outside world. Author healed herself from PMS, IRRITABLE BOWEL SYNDROME, CHRONIC FATIGUE SYNDROME, FIBROMYALGIA, CHRONIC ANXIETY AND CHRONIC DEPRESSION. Her depression was coming back to her every other years. At last she could break that chain of cycle. What she did, you can do and try to overcome and heal yourself. Author did so much research that she is very con dent that anyone with any chronic health problems can overcome and heal with these tools. So enjoy your journey of healing with the author. You will start to enjoy your life again just the way author is enjoying the life again. You can do it, believe that you can do it.
