In the contemporary world, most of the companies are failed to keep well qualified and talented employees within the organisations to increase the productivity level and today’s business world, few organisations only able keep less qualified employees with the job. Having less qualified employees will decrease the brand image of the organisation.
Likewise, presently manager of the organisations has been faced two important problems which are how to motivate the employees to remain competitive in the marketplace and how to retaining the employees within the organisations. Rates of retention drops as workforces are become distracted confuse and preoccupy with possible consequences instantly following a structural changeover. Conversely, despite the infinite information on turnover of the employee, this is pointed at recognising aspects that cause workforces to leave the job.
In this study, the researcher focuses and identifies the factors which influence on employee retention. In other words, the researcher critically discusses and identifies the motives why employee leaves and stays with the company. In this study, the author utilises both primary and secondary data method to gather data to achieve the purpose of the research.
