Olivia Lopez has spent her entire life immersed in the field of natural health and the development of consciousness, both as a student of these fields and as a teacher and coach for others to pursue these areas of knowledge.Olivia grew up in Albuquerque, New Mexico, until she left at the age of five with her mother to spend ten years of her life in Germany. She returned to the U.S. as a high school student at the Maharishi School in Fairfield, Iowa, where she received a consciousness-based education. After high school, she continued her studies at Maharishi International University, where she received both a B.A. and M.B.A., and deepened her knowledge about natural health and the development of consciousness through Transcendental Meditation.
After her post-graduate studies, Olivia trained over 1,000 students in the Transcendental Meditation program over a period of 10 years, where she taught a wide range of students, from high school students in inner-city schools in San Francisco, to Hollywood celebrities in Beverly Hills, to nurses in Sarasota, Florida, and to the public throughout California and Florida.
Currently, Olivia is a life and business coach who helps her clients live a less stressful, more healthy life by using several tools that are based on her knowledge of natural health.
