The author has taken up larger works in the past, such as generational studies of history and the re- envisioning of biology. This work attempts to create a full-length literary work beyond his usual novelette length. The author has increasingly come to a point where things write themselves, in which he feels immersed in a "flow." Another way of saying this is that an artistic work can be seen as a collaboration between the author and the universe. The reader too collaborates, for without the reader, there would be no such works.
