Baldwin is an Associate professor in the Divisions of Gender and Ethnic Studies in the School for Cultural and Social Transformation at the University of Utah.Tonya Haynes is a lecturer and Coordinator of Graduate Programmes at the Institute for Gender and Development Studies: Nita Barrow Unit (IGDS:NBU).
