This has enabled them to delve into multiple food cultures along the way from Europe to the USA, from Turkey to Greece and beyond. Their shared culinary journey has taken them through the streets of bustling food markets, to the heart of local kitchens and on countless gastronomic adventures.
During these years they have always loved and appreciated good food and, although their tastes have changed over time, they wanted to ensure that this recipe book encompasses a balanced collection to suit a wide audience from meat lovers to vegetarians and vegans, tospice enthusiasts and dessert fans.
