The main idea of this paper is to define concepts of guerilla marketing and key issues of guerilla marketing. Not only is because it supposed to propose new ways of effective guerilla marketing. Furthermore, this research is reviewed the problems and characteristic principle faced by the guerrilla marketing. In addition to that it is going to be discussed the disadvantages faced of the guerilla marketing. One of the issues that are faced by the guerilla marketing is that ethical issues such as vandalizing property, negative possible impact on the company.
