John P. Miglietta has a PhD in Political Science from New York University. He is a Professor of Political Science at Tennessee State University in Nashville, TN. His research and teaching interests are international relations, American foreign policy, Middle East politics, and Central Asian politics. He is the author of American Alliance Policy in the Middle East, 1945-1992 (2002) and editor of Introduction to Political Science: An Anthology (2021).
