Absolutely! You see, many of us live out our lives saying we will take a step forward when we're not so scared and have more confidence, more choices, more energy, more time or more money. Then we find we never take the step because the fear never fades, our confidence doesn't goes up... it even goes down, the choices do not present themselves, our energy depletes even further, time slips away and the money never comes.

These incessant fears, excuses, dramas keep us from skipping, jumping in puddles, stubbing our toes... LIVING!!!

The net result being that you no longer feel listened to, acknowledged and valued in your relationships, your molehills begin to feel like mountains and you start waiting for the 'Guru' who has all the answers, the magic weight loss bullet or the secret pathway to health and happiness to suddenly light up. Every time we put 'avoiding fear' ahead of our true desires, we prevent ourselves from truly appreciating and loving our lives and we fail to give ourselves the chance to live the life of our dreams!
