Kenneth Tucker is Professor Emeritus of English at Murray State University, Murray, Kentucky, where he specialized in teaching courses in Shakespeare and literature of the English Renaissance for thirty years. Since retirement, he has published Eliot Ness and the Untouchables, the Historical Reality and the Film and Television Depictions and Shakespeare and Jungian Typology. He contributes regularly to The Shakespeare Newsletter. He has also authored several novels such as A Wilderness of Tigers, concerning Kentucky's murderous Harpe brothers and The Fall of the House of Spade, a story of a notorious murder also set in Kentucky.
