José Miguel Martínez-Carrión., PhD in History and Professor of Economic History and Institutions at the University of Murcia. He has researched different fields: historical demography, agricultural history and anthropometric history. He has been the editor of the journal Historia Agraria and the Secretary-General elect of the Spanish Association of Economic History (AEHE).
