During the Covid pandemic in 2020 author (life coach and therapist) Kay Cooke set out to have public conversations with people whose perspectives might inspire in others a focus on thrive rather than the feelings of survival many people felt. Applications of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) was the common thread in the interview series she called Live Thrive. Discussion topics included medicine, business, alternative medicine, creativity, mindfulness, art, social issues, education, NLP, and healing.
