Jennifer Convissor, LCSW is a licensed clinical social worker in private practice in New York and Connecticut. With her first journal entry in 1987, she was hooked! This book is a culmination of a journey, which has included teaching journaling workshops, facilitating webinars for other mental health professionals, and creating on-line courses for Teachable.com.
