Autoren-Porträt von Colin Jarman
Colin Jarman has been a professional marine photojournalist for over 40 years and an avid sailor for well over 50 years. Although a small-boat sailor at heart, he qualified for and joined the Ocean Cruising Club in 1974 and today edits their quarterly Newsletter. Colin's interest in knots and ropework began when he started sailing and has resulted in a number of best-selling books on the subject. Colin sails his 21ft bilge-keeled cruiser in the shallow, infinitely varied waters of England's East Coast and Thames Estuary where he loves to explore small creeks and remote anchorages.
