Produktinformationen zu „Knowledge and Management in Aerospace (PDF)“
In the knowledge-based era, knowledge has been regarded as a critical resource that gives rise to competitive advantages(Hoskisson et al, 1999; Spender, 1996), and effective knowledge management (KM) becomes a competitive necessity (Donate and de Pablo, 2015), especially for the latecomers such as China. KM studies in China arouse a lot of attention. Aerospace industry is one of the most knowledge intensive industries in China. The development of aerospace requires effective KM. Thus we put together the two areas of KM and aerospace management to make a collection of ten papers, including four aerospace management papers and six knowledge management papers.
