Monty has had a varied and successful career as a logistics manager, IT professional, e-business analyst, and personal performance coach. However, he describes his personal journey as one marked by frustration and disappointment resulting from a lifelong series of financial mistakes. Monty has known the intolerable pain of feeling immature and dysfunctional in the area of money¿a pain which he realised is shared by many others in one way or another, regardless of their age or income.

Then, having trained and worked as a Money Coach with an international faith-based debt counselling charity, he found that most of his clients were simply failing to apply their newly-acquired money management skills.
