Penelope Sutherland is home for the holidays and looking forward to spending some quality time with her loved ones. She's also catering her first documentary, a history of the Vitrine Theater and the Big Apple Dancers, who put on the world famous Christmas Extravaganza each year in New York City. Penelope's best friend Arlena Madison is the director, and the granddaughter of one of the show's famous Snow Queens.
