Diana lives in a beautiful area surrounded by mountains and lakes with extreme temperatures and lovely seasons, from springtime blossoms; hot, dry summers; colorful trees in the autumn, and snowcapped mountains in the winter. She has been collecting, collating, and adapting these recipes over the years and hopes that others will enjoy them too.
