I am the first person in my family to receive a college degree and I am from an urban and sub-urban community. The majority of these poems were written during the time I was attending college away from home. Everyone may have various opinions about what I have written but this is a form of my personal expression so please just respect the work and my willingness to share, because "I am and artist and I am sensitivity about my shit!"
