Everything goes wrong for Dan when the Aesir god Ali comes to collect Jem, taking him and his friend Gerard prisoner at the same time. Can he escape from the evil Aesir? Can a Fenrir truly love a Valkyrie, especially now that she has been welcomed into the fold of his enemies, or are he and Jem simply star crossed lovers on the wrong sides of a never ending war?
